This is a user agreement ("Agreement") for all legal interactions between you and Growth Hackers, LLC, doing business as "Smartboost" ("SMARTBOOST," "we," or "our"). This Agreement provides the terms and conditions for your use of the SMARTBOOST websites (collectively, the "Service"). The Service may also include communications from Smartboost, including email, phone calls, and SMS/text messages, depending on your preferences and consent.
Please read this Agreement carefully. By using the Service you agree to abide by all of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to, or cannot comply with this Agreement, please do not use the Service. We may, from time to time, change this Agreement. We will post a copy of the changed Agreement on the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to abide by this Agreement as changed. Any breach of this Agreement may result in termination of your access to the Service, without notice, in addition to the other remedies available to SMARTBOOST.
Smartboost may offer you the ability to receive SMS/text messages (“Text Messages”) related to customer care and appointment communications. By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, via a website form checkbox or by texting START where available), you agree to receive Text Messages under these Terms. If you opt in, Smartboost may send Text Messages such as: responses to inbound inquiries, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling links, and customer support/follow-ups related to Smartboost services.
Consent to receive Text Messages is not a condition of purchase or receiving services. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Smartboost. Message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming your opt-out. After confirmation, you will no longer receive Text Messages from that program/number unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at legal@smartboost.com or (725) 677-5921. If you previously opted out and want to rejoin, opt in again through our website form, or reply START (where available) to the number that texted you. By opting in, you represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided (or you have the account holder’s permission). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability. Your use of Text Messages is also subject to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. We may modify or discontinue Text Messaging at any time. If we make material changes to these SMS/Text Messaging Terms, we will post updates on this page. Smartboost does not send bulk marketing or promotional Text Messages unless you separately and explicitly opt in to marketing messages.
